10:00 – Children's Drawing Workshop with Bethan Woollvin @ The Lodge

📍Sunday 26th April 10 - 11AM at The Victoria Lodge 

Local children's author Bethan Woollvin (These Are My Rocks, Robin Hood, Little Red, I Can Catch a Monster) will be hosting a workshop for young readers at 10AM in the Victoria Lodge (upstairs in The Victoria).

Please note there is no level/lift access to this room, access is via a staircase, so we are unable to accommodate prams.

Bethan is a Sheffield-based author and illustrator whose bold, distinctive style has established her as one of the UK's most exciting contemporary picture book creators. A Cambridge School of Art graduate, she discovered her passion for storytelling through images and created her debut book, Little Red — an empowered retelling of the traditional fairy tale — which won the Macmillan Children's Book Competition in 2014.

Following Little Red, Bethan reimagined classic fairy tales with Rapunzel and Hansel & Gretel, before creating original stories including I Can Catch a Monster, Three Little Vikings, and Luna & the Sky Dragon.

She lives and works in Sheffield with her partner and two scruffy dogs, Podrick and Panko.
